Swedish Pineapple Cake
Swedish Pineapple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix eggs, sugar and pineapple in large bowl.
Add flour, soda, salt, vanilla and nuts.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased pan (I sometimes use sheet cake pan).
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350° (sheet pan at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes).
Cake will be golden brown.
Test with toothpick.
