Swedish Nut Cake

Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 X 13 greased pan and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
While cake is baking make the frosting.
Soften 1/2 stick margarine and 1-8 oz package of cream cheese to room temperature.
Add 1 cup brown sugar and beat until smooth.
Spread on cake while STILL HOT ! Sprinkle with nuts.
