Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pepperidge farm dressing (not cubes), 1 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. hot sausage, 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix and 1 small can evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
Make into small balls. Brown.
Mix together last 2 ingredients.
Alternate browned meatballs and sour cream mixture in casserole dish, starting and ending with sauce.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300Β° or in crock-pot for 4 to 6 hours on low.
Freezes well without sauce.
