Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. ground beef, 10 oz. grape or red currant jelly, 12 oz. heinz chili sauce, salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Season ground beef; roll into small meatballs and place on broiler pan and broil until medium rare.
While meatballs are cooking, melt jelly in chili sauce over low heat.
Add dash of salt and garlic salt.
Bring to slow simmer.
Remove meatballs from oven and drop in sauce; simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
