Swedish Meatballs
Swedish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/2 c. milk, 1 egg and 1 pkg. onion soup mix, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix together hamburger, bread crumbs, milk, egg, soup mix, salt and nutmeg.
Shape into balls.
Cook in glass Pyrex baking dish.
Cook 20 meatballs at a time.
Cover with wax paper. Microwave on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
Rearrange after 3 minutes. Remove, keep drippings in the pan.
Repeat until all meatballs are cooked.
