Swedish Hash
Swedish Hash is an easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. margarine, 2 small onions, chopped, 2 c. left over meat, diced, 8 cold cooked potatoes, diced and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook the onion in the margarine in a frying pan on medium heat.
Then add meat and potatoes.
This should be nicely browned, but not dry.
Season to taste.
This is good served with eggs.
