Clean swamp cabbage and break into small pieces (only tender part of cabbage).
Fry white bacon and reserve a little of the fat.
Fry sausage and cut into small pieces.
Put bacon and small amount of fat into pot.
Add cabbage.
Cover with water. Boil for few minutes.
Add sausage, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
