Suzannne'S Juicy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with boneless, skinless chicken breast, lemon juice, tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce and onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

For each serving of chicken breast, salt and pepper as desired, and oil with bit of margarine.
Place piece on an individual sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil.
Pour a little lemon juice, dash of Tabasco, dash of Worcestershire sauce, slice of onion and a small pat of margarine on each breast.
Fold and seal each package tightly.
Cook on a cookie sheet in a 400Β° oven for 1 hour.
Can be cooked ahead.
