Susie'S Pork Barbecue is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin-end roast, 1 1/2 c. chopped celery and onions, 1 c. water, 3/4 stick butter and 1 can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cool and shred pork.
Cook celery and onion in water and butter.
