Susan's Turketti
Susan'S Turketti is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces, 1 1/2 to 2 c. cut up, cooked or canned turkey (chicken or cooked veal), 1/4 c. diced pimentos, 1/4 chopped green pepper and 1/2 chopped small onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook spaghetti as package directs; drain.
Place turkey, pimentos, green pepper and onion in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Pour in mushroom soup and turkey broth; add salt, pepper, 1 1/4 cups of grated cheese and spaghetti.
With two forks, lightly toss until all is well mixed and coated with sauce.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup grated cheese on top of turkey mixture; refrigerate.
