Surprise Pie
Surprise Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 18 soda crackers, 1/2 pt. whipped cream or cool whip and 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Beat egg whites until frothy.
Add cream of tartar and sugar and beat until stiff.
Fold in cracker crumbs, nuts and vanilla. Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 40 minutes. Cool.
Whip the cream and spread over pie.
You may want to put strawberry topping on pie before whipped topping.
Other toppings may be used.
