Surprise Cake
Surprise Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 box vanilla instant pudding, 2 c. milk, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese and 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bake cake as box directs.
For topping, mix cheese, milk and pudding until smooth.
Pour cheese mixture over cooled cake. Sprinkle pineapple on top of cheese, then Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle nuts on Cool Whip.
Keep in refrigerator.
