Superfast Blueberry Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3/4 c. sugar, divided, 2 c. fresh blueberries, 1 c. self-rising flour and 3/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to butter in a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Combine flour,
1/4 cup sugar and milk in mixing bowl; blend.
Pour batter evenly over melted butter. Stir together berries, remaining
1/2 cup sugar and water; spoon evenly over batter.
Do not stir.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
