Super Spud Casserole
Super Spud Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (24 oz.), 1 can cream of potato soup, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix all ingredients, except bacon bits, and place in greased baking dish.
