Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; tilt pan until oil covers bottom.
Combine cake mix, eggs and water in pan; stir with fork until blended (about 2 minutes).
Batter will be lumpy.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Serve plain or with fresh strawberries or peaches and cream.
