Super Chicken
Super Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning, 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts and 1/2 tsp. chili powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large covered nonstick skillet, heat oil, garlic and Italian seasoning over medium heat.
Add chicken.
Cook 10 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
Meanwhile, dice onion and cut broccoli.
Add seasonings, tomatoes and onion.
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add broccoli, then cover and simmer 10 minutes longer. Serve with parboiled rice or noodles.
