Sunshine Muffins
Sunshine Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. whole wheat flour, 1 2/3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. baking powder and 1/2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
In a large bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add remaining ingredients.
Stir just until moistened (batter may be lumpy).
Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until top of muffin springs back when lightly touched.
Makes 15 to 20 muffins.
