Sunshine Golden Yellow Cake

In mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add 3/4 cup milk and Crisco. Beat vigorously by hand or at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs, 1/2 cup milk and vanilla.
Beat 2 minutes more.
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 or two 9-inch round greased and floured pans. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
