Sunshine Cake
Sunshine Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 2 medium oranges, 1 pkg. lemon cake mix, 1/3 c. vegetable oil, 3 eggs and whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Grate orange peel and squeeze juice from oranges.
Add enough water to orange juice to make 1 cup.
Beat cake mix (dry), 1 tablespoon orange peel, juice, oil and eggs in a large bowl on low speed (30 seconds).
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in center.
Cool. Serve with whipped topping.
