Sunshine Cake
Sunshine Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix, 1 c. coconut, 2 oz. ground almonds, 20 oz. can crushed pineapple and 1/8 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Bake cake.
While cake is baking, mix pineapple and sugar together.
Poke holes in hot cake (generously) and pour pineapple mixture over cake.
Refrigerate until cool.
Make pudding and add coconut to pudding.
Pour over cooled cake.
Mix almonds with Cool Whip and spread on cake.
Keep cake refrigerated!
