Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. then add to yeast mixture hot water, oil, sugar, eggs
Add flour and wheat germ. Chill in refrigerator until firm, about 2 hours. Shape into rolls.
Let rise and bake at for 10 minutes or freeze raw rolls for later use.
