Sunday Roast

Preheat oven to 350Β° on Sunday morning before Sunday school. Peel carrots and potatoes and leave in large chunks; set aside. Pam the bottom of the roasting pan with lid.
Put chuck roast in pan and place raw vegetables on top and around the roast.
Sprinkle garlic salt and chili powder on meat and vegetables.
Place onion rings on top and pour your favorite barbecue sauce over it all. Put in oven at 9:30 a.m. and you have a wonderful meal when you get home!
