Sunday Morning Sausage Ring is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. deans country sausage, 2 beaten eggs, 1/4 c. chopped parsley, 2 tbsp. grated onion and 1 1/2 c. fine, dry toast crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Lightly butter a 9-inch ring mold.
Mix all ingredients together well.
Pack into mold and bake 20 minutes.
Take from oven and pour off any excess fat.
Bake 20 minutes more.
Turn onto heated platter and fill center with scrambled eggs (8 to 12 eggs).
