Sunday Morning Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, cubed, 1 lb. mild or hot sausage, cooked and drained, 2 c. sharp or mild cheddar cheese, 1 small can mushrooms and 1 doz. eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix mushrooms, eggs, salt, 1 cup milk, mustard and mushroom soup (which has been mixed with 2/3 cup milk).
Layer bread, sausage, cheese and egg mixture in 9 x 12-inch pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 12.
