Sunday Morning Brunch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 doz. eggs, 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained, 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, 1 small can mushrooms and 1 2/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix eggs, salt, 1 cup of milk, mustard and soup with remaining 2/3 cup milk.
Layer bread, sausage, cheese, mushrooms and egg mixture in a rectangular cake pan.
Leave in refrigerator overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Serves 8 to 12.
