Sunday Dinner Chicken Casserole
Sunday Dinner Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 lb.) fryer, boiled and boned (save some stock), 4 c. cornbread, crumbled (i make my cornbread, but you may use bought cornbread crumbs), 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. chopped celery, sauteed and 1 can chicken and rice soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients except boned chicken to desired consistency.
(I leave my mixture rather loose to keep moist when baked.)
Pour into greased baking dish. Add boned chicken and press into mixture.
Bake at 400Β° to desired thickness and brownness.
