Sun-Dried Tomato Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) jar sun-dried tomatoes (oil packed), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 2 or 3 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain tomatoes, reserving 1 tablespoon oil.
In food processor, place oil, tomatoes, cheese and garlic.
Process until well blended, stopping once to scrape down sides.
