Summer Vegetable Bake
Summer Vegetable Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 packet lipton onion soup mix, 2 small zucchini squash, 2 or 3 small yellow squash, 2 small carrots, thinly sliced and 1 onion (vidalia or texas sweet), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Cut squash and onion into chunks about 1 x 1/2-inch.
Place all in a gallon bag.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Shake to dampen veggies with oil.
Add onion soup mix.
Shake to cover veggies. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Cook uncovered for 20 minutes at 450Β°.
Stir once.
