Summer Vegetable Bake
Summer Vegetable Bake is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Made with packet lipton onion soup mix, small zucchini squash, or 3 small yellow squash, small carrots, thinly sliced and onion (vidalia or texas sweet), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut squash and onion into chunks about 1 x 1/2-inch.
Place all in a gallon bag.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
Shake to dampen veggies with oil.
Add onion soup mix.
Shake to cover veggies. Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
Cook uncovered for 20 minutes at 450Β°.
Stir once.
