Summer Squash Haystacks
Summer Squash Haystacks is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. summer squash (zucchini, patty pan, yellow or combination), 1 tbsp. butter or oleo, 1 clove garlic, pressed, 2 tbsp. bottled teriyaki marinade and sauce and 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Coarsely shred assorted summer squash.
Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and squash; saute until squash is tender (2 to 3 minutes).
Add teriyaki sauce; toss to combine.
