Summer Squash Casserole
Summer Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. summer squash, 1/4 c. sliced onion, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 c. sour cream or 1 soup can milk and 1 tbsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook squash and onion in salted water for 5 minutes; drain. Combine soup, sour cream, melted oleo and seasoning mixture (from Stove Top dressing).
Butter casserole dish; put 1/2 bread crumbs from Stove Top.
Add squash, onion and carrots.
Spoon on soup mixture; top with rest of bread crumbs.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350Β°.
