Summer Squash Casserole
Summer Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. diced summer squash, 1/4 c. diced onions, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook squash and onions for 5 minutes.
Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream and carrots in large bowl and fold in cooked squash and onions.
Blend stuffing mix and butter in separate bowl and place 1/2 the mixture in baking pan.
Spoon squash mixture over stuffing and sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over the top.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 20 minutes.
