Summer Sausage
Summer Sausage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. onion powder or onion salt, 2 tbsp. tender quick cure salt and 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix all ingredients together with hands.
Divide into 3 parts. Form into log rolls.
Wrap logs separately in aluminum foil. Cure in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Unwrap and bake at 300Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Turn over about halfway through the baking time.
The sausage should turn bright red in color.
