Summer Sausage
Summer Sausage is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 c. water, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. onion powder and 1/8 tsp. mustard seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all together and make into a roll.
Wrap in foil (shiny side in) and refrigerate 24 hours.
Poke holes in bottom of foil and place on rack on broiler pan. Put a little water in broiler pan.
Bake at 325Β° for 90 minutes.
Unwrap to cool.
Slice off and eat.
