Summer Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 fresh ripe tomatoes, 1 clove garlic, 1/4 c. olive oil, fresh basil, chopped and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cut tomatoes into chunks.
Add finely minced garlic, basil, salt, pepper and olive oil.
Marinate at room temperature about 2 hours.
Cook pasta.
While cooking, add Mozzarella to tomatoes. Drain pasta.
Top with tomato mixture.
Serve.
