Summer Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. spaghetti, 1 lb. fordhook lima beans, 3 to 4 large ears sweet corn or 1 can, 1 large tomato and several small green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook spaghetti; pour into large bowl.
Add cooked limas, corn and tomato and green onions.
Make a dressing of the oil, sugar and cayenne pepper. (If you don't like hot, reduce cayenne.) Salt and pepper the spaghetti and vegetables; toss with dressing.
