Summer Lemon Cake
Summer Lemon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1.3 oz.) box lemon gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. oil and dash of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Combine next 3 ingredients in a large bowl, mixing well.
Stir in gelatin.
Add cake mix and beat for 2 minutes.
Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 45 minutes.
Remove and pierce with a fork every 2-inches.
Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth.
Pour over warm cake.
Let set 1 day before serving.
