Summer Ginger Ale Salad
Summer Ginger Ale Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, 1 pt. ginger ale and 1 c. cantaloupe balls, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add lemonade concentrate and stir to dissolve.
Add ginger ale.
Chill until thick, but not set.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 2 1/2-quart mold. Chill until firm.
