Summer Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, 1 tsp. grated lemon or lime rind, 1 c. 4x sugar, 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine cream cheese, juice and rind.
Mix well.
Add sour cream and sugar.
Chill layered fruit in a large bowl.
