Summer Corn Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 large bag frozen corn, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 small green pepper, chopped, 1/2 small red pepper, chopped and 1 medium stalk celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Run hot water over frozen corn to thaw. Drain well. Add all finely chopped vegetables to corn, mix well.
Add sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and celery seed.
Mix to taste. Serve very cold. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
