Summer Casserole
Summer Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 summer squash, onion (as desired), 1 zucchini, salt and pepper and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook squash, onion and zucchini until tender.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add milk, cracker crumbs and cheese.
Drain squash mixture.
Add 3 tablespoons butter.
Add to egg mixture.
Put in casserole.
Sprinkle with extra cheese on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
