Sumi Salad
Sumi Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 cabbage, chopped, 1 pkg. top ramen soup noodles, 1/2 c. sesame oil, 1/2 c. rice vinegar and 1 tsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Add cabbage and green onions to large salad bowl.
Break up Top Ramen noodles (uncooked) into small pieces over top of salad. Toast almond slivers by cooking in a small, dry pan for a few minutes, stirring constantly until lightly browned.
Add to salad. Mix sesame oil, rice vinegar and sugar together.
Add to salad (you may not need all of the dressing) and toss.
