Sukiyaki
Sukiyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. sirloin, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/2 c. beef broth, 3/4 c. sherry and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cut meat across grain in paper thin slices.
Combine soy sauce, broth, sherry, pepper and Accent.
Heat oil in a deep skillet and brown steak in it.
Push to one side of pan and pour 1/2 cup of soy mixture over it.
Add onions, celery, bamboo shoots and mushrooms.
Saute 3 minutes.
Pour rest of soy mixture into pan.
Add the scallions; cook 3 minutes.
Serve over thin noodles.
