Sukiyaki
Sukiyaki is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. steak or chicken, cut in strips, 1 small can broth, 2 pkg. green onions, chopped, 2 cans bamboo shoots and 2 cans mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In wok, brown steak or chicken.
After browned, put in a pile in wok.
Add broth.
Add in wok with meat in piles, green onions, bamboo shoots and mushrooms.
(Add liquid in bamboo shoots and mushrooms for flavor.)
After all ingredients are added to wok, simmer until veggies are tender.
Season with soy sauce to taste. Serve over rice.
