Sui Mai
Sui Mai is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. pork hash, 1 small piece chung choi, chopped, 4 fresh shrimp, chopped, 1 pkg. won ton skins and 1 tbsp. cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix ingredients for the filling.
Place 1 1/2 teaspoons on the center of each won ton skin. Gather upward and pinch lightly where all edges meet over the filling, leaving the top of the Sui Mai open and the edges to ruffle freely.
Steam for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
