Sugared Pecans
Sugared Pecans is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg white, 1 tsp. water, 1 lb. halved pecans (4 c.), 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans.
Mix together sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add pecans and mix until nuts are coated.
Place on foil-lined jelly-roll pan and bake 1 hour at 235Β°.
Stir every 15 minutes.
Add salt to taste.
Cool completely.
Store in airtight container.
