Sugared Nuts
Sugared Nuts is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. light brown sugar, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. sour cream, 2 tsp. vanilla and 4 c. pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine sugars and sour cream in large saucepan.
Cover over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking without stirring to 234Β° on candy thermometer or until mixture forms soft ball in cold water.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and nuts.
Stir gently until all nuts are cooked. Pour on wax paper.
Separate nuts with fork.
Let dry; store in airtight container.
