Sugar Plum Bread
Sugar Plum Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. sugar, 2 2/3 c. flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Combine sugar, flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and salt in large bowl; set aside.
Combine eggs, oil and baby food in a separate bowl.
Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients; mix just until moistened.
Fold in pecans.
Divide batter evenly between 2 ungreased loaf pans.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in loaf comes out clean.
Cool in pan. Makes 2 loaves.
