Sugar Pie Crust Cookies

Sift dry ingredients and cut in butter.
Add beaten eggs, half and half and vanilla.
Chill dough at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Knead dough with mixture of 1 part sugar and 1 part flour until not sticky.
Roll thin and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 400Β° for 6 to 8 minutes until lightly browned.
Allow to cool.
