Sugar Nuts
Sugar Nuts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. sour cream, 1 tsp. vanilla extract (i prefer maple or black walnut) and 3 c. walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine both kinds of sugar and the sour cream in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking, without stirring, to 238Β° on candy thermometer, or until a little drop of the mixture in cold water forms a soft ball.
Remove from heat.
Add whichever flavoring you prefer and the walnuts.
Stir gently until all nuts are coated.
